Adamson Mini Moos is committed to raising healthy, resilient calves by following natural, maternal practices. Our calves stay with their mothers for approximately four months, allowing them to nurse, bond, and gain essential nutrients during this critical stage of development. This time with their dam helps build strong immune systems and lays the foundation for lifelong strength and well-being. We also believe in honoring the efforts of our momma cows, who carry their calves for nine months, by giving them the time to nurture and love their babies properly. Ultimately, our priority is to ensure each calf has the best possible start to life—for their own longevity and for the peace of mind and future success of our buyers.

Who we are

Rooted in Tradition Growing with Passion

We are a tightly-knit family that possesses a profound passion for agriculture. Whether engaged in grain farming or cattle management, we take great satisfaction in our involvement.

Regardless of the tasks we undertake, our inherent sense of humor enables us to find moments of laughter and amusement even amidst challenging circumstances. Our dog, Zayda, often becomes a delightful participant in our activities, further enhancing our enjoyment of the work.

Why Choose Us

Your Trusted Mini Moo Partner

Image

The Adamson generational farm has been a success with breeding, raising, and selling commercial beef since 1911. Over 100 years! We are proud to continue our legacy of excellence, now branching off into something a little more cute and cuddly. What started as a desire to raise a male bottle baby bison in 2018 quickly made us realize we needed to reroute our dreams to something that will forever be a pet.

At Adamson Mini Moos, we specialize in chondro and non-chondro Highlands and Highland crosses, focusing on genetic excellence, animal health, and sustainable farming practices. Our cattle will be raised with care, respect, and the utmost attention to their well-being.

We believe in building long-term partnerships with our clients, offering not just cattle, but expert advice, support, and a commitment to quality that extends beyond the sale. We are also happy to announce that an online farm store will be coming soon, free-range chickens, turkeys, eggs, and farm finished angus beef upon request. Whether you’re looking to expand your herd, purchase breeding stock, or secure quality beef and/or poultry, we’re here to provide for you.

Thank you for choosing Adamson Mini Moos. We look forward to being a part of your farming or ranching success!
